Visit the Mushroom’s House I like mushroom. Every fickle of mushroom. One of my favorite mushroom restaurant is a restaurant named Jejamuran. It is located in Jogjakarta. Every food was made from mushroom there. The first time I went there was when my cousin’s boyfriend celebrated his birthday. I was having my holiday in Jogjakarta last year in June. We went from my cousin’s house at 09.00 a.m and came there at about 11.00 a.m. It took so long time because of the traffic jam. After came to the restaurant, I went to a corner where there were so many kinds of mushroom. We came there and took photos before we took a seat near a pond. Then we took a seat and looked the menu. I really surprised because the food in the menu was really used various kind of mushroom for the main material. We also could choose what kind of mushroom we wanted. Not only food, there were also so many kind of drink made from mushroom. But of course it’s not a sweet or fresh drink like fruit juice. It was medicinal drink to heal some disease like diabetes or cancer. I didn’t really interested in it. After a while, we decided some foods and drink to order. I chose a portion of crispy mushroom and an oseng-oseng jamur. My cousin chose mushroom tom yum  and a portion of mushroom sate. Her boyfriend ordered a mushroom soup. I didn’t remember what the name of mushroom we ordered. While waiting for our order, I came to the mushroom corner to read  the merit of each mushroom there. I also looked the name of mushroom. Some of their name was really beautiful, some strange, and some pretty difficult to say. They also had so various shape. For some kind of poisonous mushroom, there were some pictures of them. The poisonous mushrooms had more bright color than the ordinary mushroom. But some black-colored mushroom were include in the poisonous type. So we have to careful if we find some mushroom at our garden or somewhere. Some minutes later, the waiters came with our order. The first food I ate was oseng-oseng jamur. Its taste was really delicious. It was better than any oseng-oseng jamur I had tried except my mom’s made. Of course my mom’s oseng-oseng jamur is the best for me. We ate our food while talked each other (eventhough we knew that it was forbidden to talk while eating). Sometimes we tried our foods each other. And the most delicious food of us was mushroom tom yum and mushroom sate. They were really delicious. You have to try it someday. The sate was just like any ordinary sate, but if the ordinary ones use meat, we just replace the meat with mushroom. It tastes good and healthier than meat of course. And the tom yum, I can’t describe it particularly, but it just like soup with darker sauce and a little different taste with soup. After ate, my cousin said that my crispy mushroom was delicious. She decided to order one more portion of crispy mushroom, but she wanted to try another kind of mushroom. So, she ordered different crispy mushroom from mine. I took a while because the restaurant was getting more crowded than the time when we came. I saw the waiters and waitress anywhere brought the orders. Some minute later, our next order came. We ate it together. Because it was different mushroom from mine, so I wanted to know how it taste. It was different. This one was softer than the first one. That time I thought that I have to come here again someday to try the others. But I haven’t go to Jogja again since that time. I really miss it. After finished ate, my cousin asked me to said happy birthday to her boyfriend. Actually, I really forgot about it. So I said happy birthday and thank you to him for the treat. I think this place is compatible for a vegetarian because the foods are made by mushrooms and vegetables. It is also a romantic place for date in the night because there are some ponds and lamps. Satiate Morning

You will need:

Two  Eggs

Butter

Oil

¼ teaspoon of salt

 Nugget

 Sausage

Mayonnaise

Sauce

A sheet of lettuce

How to make:

  1. Stir the eggs in a bowl
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the nugget and sausage
  4. After the nugget and sausage done, heat the butter in other pan.
  5. Fry the stirred egg until it done
  6. Chop the nugget
  7. Prepare a plate
  8. Spread out the fried egg on the plate
  9. Spread the butter on it
  10. Put the lettuce on it
  11. Put nugget and sausage on the fried egg
  12. Add sauce and mayonnaise
  13. Roll the egg
  14. Flip a side of it
  15. The egg roll is ready to serve

Octopus Balls Takoyaki is a name of food from Kansai, Japan. It is round like small balls with diameter about 3-5 cm which made by wheat flour dough and filled with chopped octopus in it or usually called baked meatball (because it baked). Takoyaki was first popularized in Osaka, where a street vendor named Tomekichi Endo is credited with its invention in 1935. Takoyaki was inspired by akashiyaki, a small round dumpling from the city of Akashi made of an egg-rich batter and octopus. Takoyaki made by some special ingredients like wheat flour which is specially used for takoyaki plus special Japanese flour and egg. It also used original pieces of meat and special spring onion which not stink when eaten. Sprinkled flour on the takoyaki and takoyaki acid-sweet sauce raise the taste of takoyaki. Yellow mayonnaise, katsuobushi (shaved tuna), minced nori which add colors, and Japanese food special taste. Secret ingredients (such as baking powder) or red ginger pickle (benishōga) or often mixed into the dough. A creative seller sometimes adds cheese or konnyaku into the takoyaki. The used sauce is usually okonomiyaki sauce, eventhough there’s any special sauce for takoyaki which has an almost same taste. There are some kind of takoyaki.
